bowed body panels

When I look down the length of my truck, I notice where the body side moulding should be, the doors and front fenders bow out. Anyone know how to fix this. I am getting it ready for paint. Thanks

I have never heard of anyone trying to fix this, I suppose it could be done if you cut it out and welded new, flat metal in its place all the way down the truck, but I dont know thats just something I just thought up. Most people who do not want trim down the side of their truck just fill in the holes where the trim was.
