Late Model 8 Lug wheels

Can I use the 8 lug wheels off an 2003 F350 on my 1970 F250 High Boy?
Are there adaptors?

Not sure about any adapters, but no 97up Ford 8 lug wheels will not fit our trucks.

After 96, Ford changed the lugs from the old bevel type to flat-bottomed.
If you look around, places like NTB, Discount Tire or any other retailer that stocks pre-'97 Ford rims can get you something that will fit - maybe even fit your pocketbook

And if you go that route, find 16 or preferably 17" rims if you have front disc brakes so clearance isn't a problem.

NO, they are metric bolt patterns. 1999 and up F250 and F350 are all metric.

Are MY 98s and 97s wheels metric's or a combination thereof? Was there a mid year change?

'97 older 8 lug, yes. '98 newer, no.
