hello from ohio
hello,
my name is tommy. i am a college student at kent state in ohio. yes, that kent state. i have had a love affair with the 67-70 ford pickups since i was 2 years old. unfortunately i have never owned one. i thought that maybe this site might lead me to one. i am still amazed that there is a site dedicated to the best model year trucks ford has ever made, and that it took me so long to find it.
here is what i am looking for, if anyone spots one:
67-72 f100-250 (67 preferred)
anything with a manual transmission on the floor
long bed
decent running condition, i know that rust is inevitable
under $1000 shipped to ohio
that is probably next to impossible, but maybe i'll get lucky

Tommy,
from Florida.
Did you check the "for sale" here on the website?
Hang out, I'm sure someone will have one.

Hi Tommy and welcome from Pennsylvania.Have you tried the Truck Trader magazine? Also check the trucks for sale forum here and you might want to check Craigslist.

re: hello from ohio
thanks for the welcome guys,
i have looked around the website, but haven't gone too far back into old for sale notices. i have checked local papers like truck trader, but most of the ones in ohio are not running or rust buckets. the only one i have found that was worth anything is a 70 f250 with a bad paint job but otherwise mint from arizona, but the guy wanted 5k for it, which i don't have. i'll keep my eyes peeled tho.
