My grandfather bought a 67 F-100 on July 24, 1967 (my mother's 16th birthday) that had these type of hubcaps...

True story:

I could have bought that truck for $400 in 1994 from a co-worker (small world I guess), a mere 11 years after Papa sold it, but I had just bought my F100. I've been kicking myself ever since. I did at least get the owner's manual and owner card with my grandfather's name on it before it got away from me.

Geez... how many different style hubcaps did they use in '67? They must've been trying for just the "right" one...

Actually i do think those were for the slick sides and not our trucks. I could be wrong but i have seen to many slicks with those on them and my dad had a slick side yrs ago with them on it.

i think the 65/66 used the same style wheel as ours. i know for sure that up to 64 used the "innie" style of wheels.
