In my never-ending quest to find vintage memorabilia to share with you guys, I recently ran across a couple VERY cool (and very rare!) original 1969 Ford truck and Mustang factory order forms. These are the forms a salesman would actually fill out at the dealership when a buyer was ordering a vehicle. I just scanned the truck order form, and just for comparison purposes I'm also going to scan and post the Mustang order form, sometime in the near future.

As you can see, there are some notations added to this, probably by the dealer. I could've cleaned them off, but decided to just post the form as-is. Also note the number in the upper right-hand corner...this is the number that would normally appear in the DSO (direct special order) section of the VIN tag.
