Hi and welcome from Pennsylvania. It's possible that your truck has had the hood replaced for some reason.

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!

DRW 4x4s didn't come from the factory until the '80s. It's a conversion fror sure, but the question is by who? There were companies that made conversions, Napco was one and I can't think of the other now.
What is the width of the frame in the rear? The DRW 1 tons are 34" wide. The SRW trucks may be be wider (they are on the newer trucks). The VIN would help. Are there any other tags or ID plates on it? Does the front axle look like a Dana 60? Got picks of the front axles or transfer case?
It doesn't have rear helper springs either which is odd, but neither did my F350. They can be added from up to a '97 F350.
What ever it is, its cool. I wish mine was 4x4.
