cargo light interchange found

i know this could be common knowledge but i found a 73 dentside with a cargo light on the back of it. it looks like a direct replacement for ours. it is stamped c7tb. so i know it is the correct number. i dont know if this truck was just a ranger or a ranger xlt. bbbecause the glovebox emblem was already gone by the time i looked at it real close. i just thought i would pass this along for those of you looking.

Man, those are handy little "boogers" to have!

I think I'll put that on my project list for sure.

That's very good info. That is the last electrical thing I can't get to work on my truck. I think there is a short in the housing itself. I'd like to get one to bench test.

I've seen a couple dents with the same cargo light all the way to a 75 model. I dont know when or what trim package they had to get this because I have also seen a 74 with a different style light all together.
