Please post pics. The only differences that I am aware of keeping in mind that I am relatively new is that the 67 cabs have knobs for heater controls and all of the models from 68-72 do not. I will be interested to see if there is a difference beacuse I am looking for a 68-72 cab to put on my 69.

other than the heater controls for the 67 only dash. the 70-72 models have the shoulder belt harness bolt in a different place than do the 67-69 trucks.

Hey Eppersonracin..

That's an optical illusion... the two you point out as having wider rear posts are one color... the window frame on the door is the same color as the roof piller... The one that looks narrower, the roof and rear piller is white and the widow frame is brown making it look narrower.
They are the same dimentions.
There are differances in the '67, but they're inside the cab...
The interior of the doors are differant, but the outside shell is the same...
The dash is the one main differance...
The heater controls are pull out (like a choke cable) whereas '68 -'72
have slider controls so there is a hole cut in the dash for that bezel to fit in.

Hope that helps...

IIRC also the way the fuel tank bolts in.
and the length of the neck on the tank and the neck that attaches to the rubber. on the 67-70 they seem to have a longer neck peice that comes out the side and a shorter neck on the tank itself and 71-72 seem to be the opposite.

i have two longer filler necks from a 70 ranger and a 70 crew cab and then the 72 sport custom has a longger tank neck and shorter filler neck.
