No, its alright to post this here. Its real simple but took me awhile to figure out myself so dont feel bad. Just look at the top of this page. You'll see a a bunch of tiny arrows pointing to the right with words next to them. The one you need to "click on", is Indentifying '67-'72 Pickups. I continue to go back there once in awhile as my truck a '67 is different from the '68-'72's.

From what I read the custom cab is suppossed to have the full instrumentation instead of the idiot lights. Do all custom cabs have this? Mine has the idiot lights. I'm confused. Mine is supossed to have the horn ring but it has a button.

The Custom Cab got the fancy plastic instrument cluster face instead of the standard metal one, it has nothing to do with having gauges or idiot lights.
You should have a horn ring and not the button though.

"Are you gonna make it all 220?"
"Yeah 220, 221, whatever it takes."
You can tell on the steering wheel where it originally had a horn ring, but when I bought it though it didn't have anything there . I picked up a horn button at a salvage yard and put on it to make it look better and to make the horn work like it is supposed to. It was also missing the passanger side headlight door and the letter F on the hood.
