Did you look at the picture Keith put on of where the VIN is on your frame? If not, here is the link:

I cleaned and cleaned :cry: in the area under the hood and could not find anything. When I pull the cab I will look for the one on the rail. :D

Not really bump related but it is VIN related.

The first generation F-series trucks had VIN tags on the glove box door. Held on by sheet metal screws :lol: :lol:
Also a VIN tag on the firewall, also held on by sheet metal screws.

How easy would it be to make your '50 F-5 cab, a '48 F-1 cab.
