I will say that my '69 F-100 is still plugging along (held together by prayers and duck-tape), but at the moment, we have too many other irons in the fire for me to have time and $$ to start the frame-up resto I want to eventually do.
What was cool was that last weekend, my Dad rode with me in the F-100 out to the landfill. Dad's staying with us this summer recuperating from reconstructive knee surgery (fell off a ladder). It was his truck originally; I learned to drive in it - now the tables are turned with me driving him around... Coming out of the landfill, I let her get a little sideways in a curve (on gravel), and looked over at my Dad and said "I'm too big for you to spank now!"

I've been thinking of having the older boys from our Church's kids program come out one Saturday and help me disassemble the '68 F-250 parts truck - now that would be some fun!
So there's my bi-annual post... Be back in six months!
