Have you seen the polished aluminum ones of ebay...
They have some nice ones, with or without tilt...
They are stinkin' expensive thooo...

Mine squeaked so bad I couldn't stand it. I'd spray penetrating oil and regular lube into it top and bottom, the squeak would almost go away for a day or three then come back. I got better results spraying from the top.
After I changed the cab mount........ Quiet! Not a squeak since.
Sometimes the mind, for reasons we don't necessarily understand, just decides to go to the store for a quart of milk.

kaos, Ive looked at the Ididits - expensive and I dont like the look. I wonder if some of the jeep columns would work. I picture something with a couple universal joints... :maybe:
