I was a chevy guy until I found the f100's

Post by stowy »

Hello from NC!

I have been looking at f100's on craigslist for months and just bought a 1970 f100 with a 302 2WD long bed. It needs work - I only paid $1500, but runs good. Do you know where I can get side mirrors or side trim used for a good price?

This site rocks, I have learned alot this evening. Thank you for putting it together.

Check this out for anything new you might need. http://www.fordification.com/links.htm

Welcome to the site. I too used to be (SHHHHH Don't tell the others but I still am) a Chevy guy. I do love the look and style of these ole trucks. I have always wanted a 68-69 GMC but they are too expensive and way too popular. Everyone has them. Anyway I have opened my garage to a ford (shortly after the garage broke :hmm: but my chevy was in there too). Up until this past Feb. I had zero fords. Until this past weekend I had three fords and two GM's. Now the heard is more even after selling one of the fords LOL.

Anyway welcome to the site and I hope you enjoy it here, I know I have.

Welcome from way over here in Korea.

This post poses an interesting question. IF...you bought a 67 with a chevy drivetrain... what kind of child would you have? :hmm:

Here is a link for some mirrors from two-bit. Not sure what you want, but here is a start.
