Yea, it posted.
When you unhook the old antenna from the radio, tie something good and strong to the radio plug on the antenna. Then pull the old antenna wire out, this will bring the cord (or whatever) out with it. When it's out, untie it and tie it to the NEW antenna wire, then from inside the truck, pull on the cord, and it will bring the new wire into the cab the same way the old one went out. The antenna itself never enters the cab, just the wire.
You tie the cord onto the end of the old wire INSIDE the cab, not from the outside, which is what I think you were thinking.

when the anteena comes out. it comes out from the outside of the truck and so does the wire. to put it back in you start on the outside of the truck and work the wire back into the cab.

Take the part of the ant wire that plugs into radio and Black tape a piece of flexible wire or nylon string or something like that to it. when you take ant off from the cowl and pull on the ant wire (that plugged into the radio), it will pull whatever you tapped to it through. Then you untape the old ant wire and tape new ant wire to what you used. then just pull gently on the nylon string (or whatever you used), the new ant wire will feed back through to the radio and then attach new ant to cowl. I hope this makes sense, if it doesn't I guess you could pm me
