I went shopping today in my buddys back yard and got a few things. Not sure what all will fit right on my 68 as most of his stuff is dent side, but it was free so only had to sweat trying to get it. I know the steering stuff from a dent will bolt but not sure if I got the right set up. Heres a list of what I got.
Steering column from dent(not sure what year)
steering box, power steering pump, cooler (he couldnt remember what the truck was but was sure it was 2wd..and went to the column)
gas tanks 1 rear mount and 2 side mounts. grabbed the rear mount (will go back for side mount tanks and see if we can dig up all the straps)
left inner fender off 77 dentside. not sure if this will work..looks real close except hinge is on oppisite side and it looks skinnier where it bolts to. if it does fit I will go back this weekend and grab the right side.. he has 2 or 3 sets of perfect inner fenders and well Im not building a show truck just a nice looking driver.
I'm also trying to work out a deal for his 78 f350 dually. would like to stick that suspension on my bump for the heck of it. He also has a 74 f250 explorer 4x4 with a 390 in it.. I think I can get that pretty easy if I bugged him enough. Township is on his case to clean up his yard and he has to go to court tonight so I can be the good friend who shows up at his house just in time to "help" him out with getting rid of some of his extra trucks. Im going back this weekend so if anyone knows about the inner fenders let me know.. if it works I need to know what else I need to grab if it doesnt well..I'll work on getting some other goodies!

The inner fender won't work. FYI. Mounts to the cab are located in a different spot.

If the inner is from dent it will work with some adjusments
'73-'79 inner fenderwells can be made to fit, but require some tweaking. You'll need the matching hood hinges and firewall brackets (which are narrower than the '67-'72 brackets).

You can very easy adapt the washer tank if you needed one make sure to get the plug to the washer motor.
