Apron fender where the hood hinge attaches

Hey guys

sorry if this has been addressed but as i have heard is a problem with a lot of these trucks the apron fenders rust badly at the hood hinge, well anyway the RH side of mine has had some renforcements welded on in the past and this done suitably well, however the LH side is in pretty bad shape and i am not a welder so i was just looking to replace the whole apron fender and found in the NPD catalog a RH side fender but i looked and called and they dont list a LH side. I was wondering if anyone else has had luck finding this piece aftermarket or am i gonna have to hope to find one in a junk yeard that isnt rusted

LMC lists both sides.
I'm pretty sure you can use 73-79 supports if you also get the bracket that bolts to the cab.
