New from Wisconsin
Hi,
I just bought a 1971 F100. I would like to fix it up and keep it looking stock, for the most part. I would like to add disc brakes, etc. I have only done minor repairs on previous vehicles and have never done any body work. I am really looking at this to get my boys involved in vehicles as they get older.

re: New from Wisconsin
Thanks everyone for the welcome.
I'll need to replace the floorpans and do a fair amount of body work. I was thinking of taking the box off first. Someone had put an auxiliary gas tank on the drivers side, outside of the frame rail and in front of the rear tire. I think that needs to be removed. Also, it does not have the original engine and has a 460 instead.
It came with the owners manual in the glovebox too.
Thanks again.
