I don't know where Gray TN is, but if you want to drive 10 miles south of Fayetteville, TN, I'll clean your drains for ya! I'm not intended to be a smart a$$, but it maybe you're were designed to "flow thru". I know I put new window felts on my 68, and I cleared the drains. First I do on ANY old vehicle is lay on my back and clear drains for quarters, b post, doors, inner rockers, if there is one, and fenders (again, if there is one), but I'm used to GM products with their automatic rust situations.
I do wish I had used rubber instead of the felt/rubber whiskers on my doors! banjo.

If you order felts for a 70-72 they have felt on the inside and rubber on the outside to keep that rain out unlike felt on both sides in the 67-part of 70's.

Are the drain holes in the bottom of your doors plugged?
