Power steering squeals when turning Steering wheel

What might be causing my steering wheel to squeal when I turn the wheel all the way to one side or another? I have a 1970 F-250 auto with power steering.

Bad/loose belt, pump relief set high, worn pump/box.

It's not abnormal with an old truck.

the steering wheel or the pump?

The steering wheel in my 78 has squeaked anytime the temperature is over 90 degrees for as long as I've owned it. Something in the column rubs when its hot. I completely rebuilt the column with all new bearings 3 years ago and it still does it everytime its hot outside.

The steering pumps all whine on these old systems. Even rebuilt pump.

Seems like someone told me you shouldn't hold it all the way over as it blows out the seals or something.

You sure it's not a Chevy??

My 82 Chevy truck did that all the time when I turned to the locks.
