does anyone make a reproduction 69' grille? Is there a resource for having the original grille "bumped" or something. Mine isn't in bad shape but it has seen many years of use and a few stray birds will crease and dent that thin aluminum.

Unfortunately no one is remanufacturing grilles for '67-'69. 
Only for '70-'72. That's why the good ones on e-Bay bring so much money. Be patient and a good deal on a decent grille should come along.
