Hey Pyro...

That's pretty easy. It is just fitted into a groove in the rubber seal.
I used a tack puller... looks like a screw driver with a bent end and a notch. It comes out really easy...

You can get a tack puller at any hardware store fro about 3 bucks.
I got mine at Harbor Freight.

You could probably use a regular medium sized flat screwdriver and a small flat piece of wood, just some to give you a little bit of leverage, it doesn't take much at all.
I just happened to have the tack puller in my tool box. You could heat and bend a screwdriver tip to do the same thing.

I've always removed them with a flat-bladed screwdriver. Just get one end started and then set the screwdriver aside and slowly work the pieces out. The stainless won't bend very easily, unless you put a LOT of force on it. Just be patient and you can gently work it out all the way around.

I removed the trim on my 67'. I got in to big a hurry and the trim started to bend. Just be patient. Remember to keep all your pieces together. The Winshield trim will have some screws as well.
