Better Window Weatherstrip???
I'm not satisfied with the stock replacement (fuzzy type) anti-rattle strips for outside edge window weatherstripping on the doors. I would like to put in more modern rubber wiper-style strips on the outside piece to keep the rain out of my newly refurbished door interior (with electric window operators). Any advice on where to get something that will work good and how to install it? Thanks much.

LMC Truck sells them. As for how to install them, remove your door panels and remove the window from the regulator. You'll see how when you get the panel removed. Then remove the old fuzzy and install the new one. It clips into place. Reinstall the window and door panel.
Done.
Done.

I have a set of the LMC rubber ones. The old ones were easy to remove. I look forward to replacing them after the cab gets back from paint.

Yes they are the exact same. The material (rubber) is just a major improvement over the old fuzzies.

re: Better Window Weatherstrip???
I just installed them into a new passenger door last night. They clipped right into place.

re: Better Window Weatherstrip???
THANKS everyone for the info reply! I'll order some right away. I have 67 doors and ordered accordingly and got the fuzzy ones. I'm glad to hear the 71-72 versions are rubber type.
