Cab Weight?

I'm going to be taking my cab off the frame to get it sand blasted cause it is really nasty inside, and I was just wondering how much the cab weighs
with no front clip or doors and fully gutted?Oh, and does anybody know what the dish is on a stock steering wheel.Mine has a crappy aftermarket steering wheel with like a 1'' dish.I look like an idoit leaning forward the reach the wheel.

my 78 cab still has the doors on it but is mostly stripped except for the seat. i can lift one side by hand. and i think i can even roll it over and over but i haven't tried.

I have a completely stripped cab in my driveway and it took 2 of us to put it there. Niether one of us are that small either.

2 of us pulled the cab off my 68, It probably would have been easier with 3 or 4(of course) but we managed without killing any one or damaging the cab. It wasn't the easiest of chores though. And I'm not a very big guy

The cab was completely stripped also.

Could somebody weigh one of these cabs for me?

I have one that needs to be transported and I need a weight for it.

Completely stripped nothing in it but cab.

If you have an engine lift, you could put the arm of the lift ( i guess you would call it that) inside the cab, and attach a chain from the lift to the 2 seat bolts in the cab.

i never thought of that. i was thinking of puting a comealong in a tree and wrapping a strap througgh the cab to get one off.

if you do that, put a wood 4x4 across the top, between the strap loop, to prevent damage to the rain gutters or roofline.

Does anyone actually know how much a cab really weighs? I guess I'll have a close number on Saturday when I bring one to the scrap yard.
