New from Alabama

Post by theogre5150 »

He guys. Bought my 71 last winter and am just now starting to work on it. I have been browsing the forum for a couple of days now and I am glad that I found it.

My truck is a '71 F100 Explorer Custom with a 240 and 3 on the tree. It only has 60,000 miles on the original engine. Still has the original owners manual in the glove box.

I am currently replacing the carb, removing the headers and glasspacks and installing the stock exhaust. New carb goes on tomorrow. I can't wait.

Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself here on the forum.
