67 PS Column Q's ??

Post by MadMaxetc »

Ok I have a 67 F-250 with a 4-speed floor shift and MS.

I want to go to PS and have the Saginaw Gear box.

Keiths Artical said that I just need to swap in a PS Shaft into my 67 housing. Sounds Good To Me!!

My Question is what year PS shafts will work. :? I have a 75 Auto PS column that I can use. Will this shaft just swap in? I know there will be ishues with the stearing wheel but will all the rest work?

Thanks for the help!

I have an extra PS shaft from a '72. The column was broke at the collar but the shaft is perfect. Let me know if you need it.

Right, since your column is for a 4-spd, the housing should already be short enough to use the shorter PS shaft...that's been my experience, anyway.
