Thanks for the warm welcome, and yes I'm well aware that my truck is Husker red. The truck came with the original bill of sale from a Nebraska dealership. As far as I know this is the first time it ever left that state. Even though I'm an Iowa boy, the truck is a Husker through and through and I respect that, so a husker it will stay. I even kept the old Nebraska plates in case some day down the road the truck gets shown, it'll be flying the proper flag.

In fact, I don't plan on changing much of anything about the truck except to improve the condition. I do have a line on a '70 donor with trash for a body but a nice bored and built 360 in it. If it can also give me power steering and or disc brakes up front I might have to pick it up...
