Any wallmart or Ace hardware, pretty much anywhere that sell spray paint will have it.

Duplicolor has 3 "ford blue"s.

I used the "old ford blue" from duplicolor and it seemed to be the darkest of the 3 if I remember correctly.

Duplicolor Ford Blue # DE 1606 Dark Ford Blue Suppose to withstand 500* and has ceramics properties to the mix I've used this color on all my engines holds up great with the exception of the area at the heads exhaust ports which burns off after several thou miles. Krylon is very good paint but can only withstand temps up to 200*. :2cents:
Oh and Advance auto sells this paint, Home Depot sells the Krylon version.

the old can of krylon we used was probably from the 80's. i know that paint simply does not match, but i just want to find that color again.

I like the duplicolor dark ford blue. Looks great and lasts alot longer than the krylon stuff.
