Hello from Alaska
This is great, a whole website about us and the things we love. I am looking forward to all the help with my project truck. I started the project in 1999 and have had a few setbacks along the way. I have never been on a forum before before and am not too sure how it all works yet, but I guess I'll figure it out. I have a 1968 F100 2wd short box and I am about to start working on it again.
HELLO to all.
HELLO to all.

re: Hello from Alaska
How would I go about trying to get some help with a pitman arm problem I am having. I am trying to convert the truck from manual steering to power steering. I have a NAPA p/n 27-7504 box and it is listed for f100-f350 1968-1979. The original pitman arm does not fit the new box and all the new pitman arms I have been able to locate are not indexed correctly for the truck, with the steering box centered the wheels would already be turned. What might your suggestion be? Thanks

to the group. Hope you enjoy your stay. As for your question, repost it in the suspension section and you will get answers a lot quicker.

Thanks for the info, I had just noticed the "steering/suspention" section and I put a post in there also. As soon as I get some pics I will have someone walk me through how to post them. This site is great and thanks again.

Texans are no problem, some of my family is from down there. As for Iceman, I am going to assume, another Alaskan. I'll have to say, I have only been on this site for a few hours and I can already see we are going to get along just fine.
