Bent cab

Post by mjhaltom »

My truck has a pretty common problem. Sometime in the last 36 years it went through a very deep ditch and the bed pushed in on the back corners of the cab just behind the doors. The door gaps are too close now and would most likely chip new paint. Has anyone tried to push this type of damage out? Any ideas? Thanks

How bad is the dents in the cab? For it to move the door gaps it would have to almost crushed the back side of the cab.

Seriously that is the strongest area of the cab. It supports the roll cage function of the rear roof pillars.
