PS belt??

Hi guys
I am adding power steering to my 67 w a inline 240. I installed the harmomic balancer today and was wondering if the belt should run from the balancer direct to the steering pump pulley or from the balancer to steering pump to water pump?? I would sure appreciate anyones help.

Directly between the balancer and pump...no need to pick up the waterpump pulley.
