Yeah, The whole not being able to get the crap off my skin was a big turn off for me. I tried everything, Xylene, MEK, super dooper gun cleaner, crc gasket remover. You get it on you, you're wearing it.
If you're not going to use a paint gun and sandblast rust then POR15 probably is the next best.

i got a few drips on me too.i did not blast myself with other chemicals to get it off,i knew it would not work.it stayed on the skin for a few weeks.
do not get it on any bolt heads or threads either.
my frame was not bad to begin with, wire brushing and wheeling was all it needed.
