A little tip I learned if you are going to remove your doors. Drill a 1/8 inch hole through the hinge strap and the inner door skin. Be careful you don't through to the outside of the door. Then remove the door. When you put it back on, stick a loose drill bit in the holes you've drilled and the door will be aligned back in its original position. Paint after the door is back in place. Works good for hood hinges too.
Excellent idea but a little too late for me. Come to think of it I did make
marks around the bolts but :doh: I painted over them.

The doors I ended up using aren't original to the cab so that trick wouldn't have worked too well. I'll keep it in mind though.

I sure hear you about adjusting the &$%#@ out of them. What a pain in the *ss.
