I think the part (which I got from LMC) is the one that goes on the wheel itself. Before the unfortunate forum crash, there was a picture. My horn has the same problem (at least I think it does) - horn works at the battery, contacts on the steering wheel are good, fuse and wiring harness from the dash to the horn are good. So I've narrowed it down to the other contact, and I'll have to pull the wheel to fix it. :(

THe moderator has a picture of a 3sp column after the wheel is pulled - I'm guessing that the greem wire is the horn lead (it would be nice if htere was an arrow, for those of us in the NE too lazy to sit outside in the cold and figger out for ourselves)
