80's wiper delay

Post by gtcoupe »

Hi all, I'm attempting to wire in a 80's wiper delay switch and relay in a 72 F100 2wd. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 72? When I attempted to follow the directions in the fordification tutorial, I wound up with one speed working, pump working, but no delay and no second speed on the wipers??? :? Have no clue what I'm missing here.

Yeah, read that...several times. Doesn't work that way on mine. Don't know if it's my trucks wiring, or if the 80's delay unit is NFG. That's why I need to see a wiring diagram for a 72.

So did I. Assuming it should be, I'm wondering if my trucks wiring has been altered (looks original) or if there's something wrong with the switch I got.

Thanks Hiboy, that should help. I can at least compare the wiring to my 80's switch...
