Duraspark wiring question?

Post by Redcap »

When running the hot line (red wire) into the box, I need to run it from something 12v in run/start if I am correct. Where is the proper/best place to tap for power? Anywhere? Solenoid?

yes.

spice the green/red wire, so that it goes to the coil and the ignition box.

See diagram. I went to the ignition switch and spliced a new wire to the red-green stripe wire. Then attached ignition wire and module red wire on ballast register in engine component.
