rear bumper brackets

Post by Barneys72 »

I just bought a new rear styleside bumber from LMC. My existing bumper has its own brackets welded to it then bolted to frame. Does anyone sell brackets that might fit my new bumper or is this fab/junkyard job.

Thanks
My truck is my grandfathers 1972 F100 Sport Custom, all original 86,000 miles, automatic, 360, 2wd longbed.

The styleside bumper bracket isn't being reproduced, so you'll have to find a set from the junkyard....or a really helpful forum member like tynall44. ;) They do show up on E-bay now and then, and usually get a good price.
