Hi keith ,i agree with your adjustment procedure , but i can't raise the door any higher ! If i raise the front of the door then the door jam is out ! What is exceptable far as this body line 3/8 to 1/2" ? thanks, it's getting a little late but i will pull a line form front to back just to see the line should tell all

I would think that 3/8" to 1/2" would be acceptable. However, I think in your case I'd still just mount the fender up to within that range to the bottom of the cowl panel and then see how the door bump lines up. If it's off too far, you might be able to split the difference between where it's at now and where it should be to come up with an acceptable compromise.

Would you say your gap is 100% even all the way around the door right now.?

YES on the door , i was just looking at that ! maby i will move it up a bit just to see what i can get ! could i use the rubber bumper on the hood as a guide for spacing ?
