Mercury tailgate

Post by Jerry1256 »

I am trying to find out the correct way to paint a Mercury tailgate. Were the letters always a different colour on 1968's? My truck is two tone

On those decals, I recall some one on here has some and I remember them looking pretty sharp. I just can't remember who.

from what I have seen on a lot of the mercs the color match the top color on the truck. Ie red and white truck Red mercury. green and white green mercury. It also depends on if the paint was done at the factory or dealer. :hmm:
WHAT ?

If you could get those decals to go on straight, I couldn't lol, they might look pretty good.
