I doubt anyone has, 'cause it's gonna be a major PIA. The cabs are not the same between the light-duty and medium-duty trucks. On these trucks the hood hinges are attached to the firewall:
...and the dash isn't cut out (notched) for the steering column, since the column goes completely under it.
The dash is welded in and will be another major PIA to try to remove and swap. The radiator support can be used, but will require some modification, since it's about 4 inches taller. See the following link (down at the bottom of the page):

Don't the hinges bolt up to where the inner fenders bolt up to? I think they use the same holes. I was looking at that on the truck I got my gauge panel from. Modifying the dash to fit the steering column might not be to bad. Maybe it might work without any modifications at all. It would be something different. And If he uses an under chassis fuel tank, he won't need to fill the hole for the filler neck. Just food for thought.

Well, the doors will still work fine, so if they're in good shape, I'd definitely salvage those. And if the rest of the cab is good (no rustout in the front mounts, floorpans or rear corners) then you'd still be ahead bodywork-wise by just notching the dash for the column.
I've always wondered what it would look like to mount an F600 front clip on an F100...and just fill those wheelwells up with some really wide tires. I've also pondered the idea of somehow making some rear wheelwell flares using the front F600 fenders.

I think it would be pretty cool to fix up the '67 as a dump truck.
It would be different, anyway.

I saw, in a 4X4 mag years ago, a pic of a Florida swamp bumpside with an F600 front clip. I was a kid and remember thinking it looked like the front of my school bus. Looked cool though, lifted real high with HUGE tires on it. And he was using it for what it was built for...blasting through the mud!

That F600 front end on a F250 set up high with huge tires and and a long narrow bed with rear fender extensions would be some thing to see. Maybe dual moster mudders on the rear
