How hard are they to install??? It figuired if there completly assembled then all I needed to do is slide the axles out then pop in third member then axles back in right???? Seal it with gasket and glue. Replace all seal and bearings while in there. Any one with detailed instructions, I want to learn how to perform this swap.

Nope, that's pretty much it. Disconnect the driveshaft, remove the axles, remove the third member nuts and drop the third member out. Installation is the reverse of removal. Quick and easy.
The only bearings/seals you'd really need to pay attention to are the axle bearings (which will need pressed on and off) and the axle seals in the end of the differential tubes.

re: Third members
Cool because I found a got traction lock third member with the proper gear ratio for my set up and it's reasonably priced. I just think it's easy if it's already assembled. Any advise doing this???

re: Third members
You did make sure that the third member you have is set up for 28-spline axles, right? If it's a 31-spline setup you won't be able to use it.
If it is a 28-spline unit, just bolt it in, add the correct fluid, and go.
Be sure to get a 4-oz bottle of friction modifier to protect your LSD clutches. However, assuming the previous owner also had the friction modifier in fluid, you should probably only use about half the bottle, not the whole thing. That'll make things a bit too slippery for the clutches to properly grab. My advice would be to go with an additive-free oil like NS(non-limited-slip)-type and add just enough of the additive to get rid of any chatter in turns.
