Just me or does this 90-91 ranger explorer Part look somehow familiar to our 70-72 F-Series lights? How addaptable would it be?

Looks a lot like my frot turn signal light on the '72.

make a bucket for it, and cut it from right under your grille, slide it in and wire it up.....

See that was my first thought was that with some minor working it would make a more rounded off 70-72 replacement lense.
