Use a rubbing compound. 3m makes a 3 step process that starts with a course, medium, and then a fine to work out the finest of scratches. Works great on vehicles that I have used. Then get the polish to really make it shine. My 00 SS Camaro had some fine scratches in it and used the finest grit and then polished it and then waxed it. Looks like new money. Several other companies make a product but this is the one I used. Good luck.
